AVOCADO TOMATO TOAST

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Good sourdough/gf bread 
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 heirloom tomato
  • ¼ cup of fresh radish sprouts
  • Salt + pepper, to taste
  • Pile your toast high with toppings + enjoy!

SUNFLOWER CARROT HUMMUS TOAST   

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Good sourdough/gf bread
  • 1 pound of carrots
  • 1/4 c sunflower seed butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c fresh sunflower sprouts or Power Protein sprouts
  • Sprinkle of smoked chipotle powder

TO MAKE HUMMUS: Chop carrots and boil until tender (15-20 mins). Meanwhile, stir together seed butter, oil, garlic, lemon, and salt. When tender, strain and mash carrots until smooth. Add in seed butter mixture (pulse it all in a food processor if creamy texture is desired). Refrigerate and enjoy throughout the week. 

TO MAKE TOAST: Toast your bread. Spread on a layer of sunflower carrot hummus. Sprinkle sunflower sprouts and chipotle powder atop + enjoy!
