Looking for a new midday snack to stave off the 3pm slump? Mmmm, get your sprouties ready!

Sprout Snack Wraps    

serves 2, gluten-free + vegan  

The Sprout Snack Wrap—mustard, avocado, cucumber, and lots of sprouts!

INGREDIENTS:  

  • 4 nori sheets or coconut/cassava wraps 
  • Dijon mustard, to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced  
  • 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise 
  • Salad Mix sprouts 
  • Crunch Time sprouts   

DIRECTIONS:     

  1. Lay out 4 wraps on a cutting board. 
  2. Spread on a layer of mustard on ¼ of the wrap. 
  3. Lay avocado slices and cucumber over the mustard.  
  4. Pile a handful of raw sprouted Crunch Time and Salad Mix on top and roll up the wrap.

Serve immediately and enjoy often!
