Sprout Snack Wraps
serves 2, gluten-free + vegan

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 nori sheets or coconut/cassava wraps
- Dijon mustard, to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise
- Salad Mix sprouts
- Crunch Time sprouts
DIRECTIONS:
- Lay out 4 wraps on a cutting board.
- Spread on a layer of mustard on ¼ of the wrap.
- Lay avocado slices and cucumber over the mustard.
- Pile a handful of raw sprouted Crunch Time and Salad Mix on top and roll up the wrap.
Serve immediately and enjoy often!
