DEAR SPROUTMAN: My wheatgrass has been turning yellow/brown and curling over. Too much water, not enough? Too much light, not enough? I have a grow light over the trays and a fan to circulate the air. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks – Robyn
DEAR ROBYN: I really wish I could be more helpful, but the results can be symptoms of any number of factors. Wheatgrass problems have multiple factors that contribute to the results you are getting. The best way to analyze your situation is to follow the steps in the Growing section of Wheatgrass Nature’s Finest Medicine. Trouble-shooting is not always fast or simple, but you are in the best position to do the job. After you’ve spent some time on this check back in with me and let me know what you’ve discovered.
Greetings,
I did everything it said to do in the instructions and my wheatgrass is full grown to the top of the freshlife 2000 but it’s not green. It’s very yellow. Should I not eat it? Should I start growing a new batch?
Kindest Regards,
Faith

Hmmm. Need to know more information here. How many days has the grass grown? Have you removed the barrel lid to give the grass more light and air?
